General conditions
The auction is voluntary and submission is free.
VF-Auction sets the prices meticulously and we take upmost care in preparing the catalogues, but we cannot guarantee that the catalogue is free of errors.
When you are registered as a customer, you declare yourself in agreement with all our conditions and you commit yourself to providing correct personal information. All your information is protected by the law of personal data.
Copenhagen is the venue for all legal disputes arising from sales in this auction.
Commerce
Ownership of goods is not transferred to buyer until payment has been received in full by VF-Auktion.
You will receive an invoice with the price of the hammerstroke plus 22% in commission. We charge additionally for postage.
Used objects are sold according to the particular rules for 2nd. hand V.A.T. It is therefore not possible to make deductions for regular V.A.T.
Acquired objects can under no circumstance depreciate in value prior to ownership being transferred.
We offer a 14 days return policy.
The currency stated is Danish Kroner (DKK).
All our trades are considered made in Denmark.
The Auction
VF-Auction reserves the right to reject bids and withdraw lots.
VF-Auction disclaims responsibility for any technical errors which cause any disturbances and disruptions at the auctions.
We do not accept any bids below limit.
Bids which are not received in writing during/below ? present bids, are not accepted.
If the highest bid is more than 10% above the second highest bid, the highest bid will get the hammerstroke reduced to the second highest bid + 10% commission. If a situation arises with two identical bids, the first arrived bid will be preferred.
Bids submitted via the internet are only accepted if they are at least 5% over the current bid.
If a bid is received, via the internet, within 5 minutes after the end-time of the auction, the end-time of the auction for that particular lot is extended 5 minutes from the submission of the bid.
Bids submitted via telephone or writing, are accepted up until 5:00 p.m. on the last day of the auction.
Submission of bids express the recognition of these conditions.
Complaints
According to the Danish Sale of Goods Act, the customer has the right to submit a complaint regarding objects with errors which were not described and present at the time of the auction.
You cannot submit complaints regarding object with errors that have been described.
