Viewing of lots is held at VF-Auction's premises up to the end of the monthly auctions, that is;
The earliest you can collect your lots after an auction is Thursday (this is true for both monthly- and weekly auctions). We are always closed on Wednesday after our monthly auction.
When the auction has ended, can you verify which bids you have won. Click on 'My bids & observed lots'. All your lots will be marked with green and have the text 'The lot is yours'.
VF-Auktion uses Postnord and GLS at a minimum charge of DKK 27.00 (Denmark) and DKK 54.00 (abroad). We ship items every weekday using both GLS and Postnord. Therefore you will be charged with this amount, although the letter might have been sent with less postage.
When you created your profile on this site, you decided whether you wanted the lots sent or not. If you chose to collect your lots yourself, you will receive a message about lots won, but you are always welcome to call or write us via mail. Read next paragraph for information about collection. If you chose to have the lots sent to you, you will automatically receive the lots in the mail with an enclosed invoice. If the total amount is of a certain size the package will be sent as registered mail. If you are a new customer, you will receive the invoice first, and thereafter the bought/won lots will be sent to your address when the payment has been received.
